If you’ve reached this page, it’s because of a caching issue on your end and has to do with your web browser. This can be caused by:

  • too many windows open at once when navigating in the Course Portal
  • logging in from one device when already logged in on another
  • not logging out when completing a session
  • extensions in your browser
First step is to breathe, you still have access to the course materials.
Second step is to clear your browser’s cache.  
 

To clear your browser:

  • log out of your Course Portal on ALL devices
  • clear cookies in your browser
  • clear browsing history in your browser

You now should be good to go.  Also, be sure to sign out after each session and from all devices. That should prevent the error from occurring in the future.
